Type 2. Dx 6/10. Diet and exercise. Lantus 10 units hs. Humalog: sliding scale. My other car is a wheelchair, rollator, or cane depending on terrain.
Active Neuropathy if my blood glucose is at 140 or above. Two MI's. No blocks to blame them on. Congestive Heart Failure: Lasix, Klor-con. Asthma: Qvar, Maxair for breathing emergencies. . Nebulizer during certain seasons. Pulmocort and Xoponex solutions. Oral Steroids when Asthma is very bad. Migraines: Vicodin. To ER for injections if Vicodin does not work.. CPAP for sleeping. MDD and S.A.D,: Supplements, All my money is spent on organic meats, vegtables, fruits, and nuts.

90% of the time it's NPR on the car radio.
At work, it ranges from Laurie Berkner and the Lion King to Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite and Lullaby Radiohead.
My CD's range from the Grateful Dead, Little Feat, Clapton, to JOhn Denver, Clay Aiken, and the Hair soundtrack.
Last live concerts were Tedeschi Trucks and Bob Weir.
Best live concert - Rolling Stones.

ZUMBA channel on pandora! I have it on my phone so I can dance all over my apartment while I clean. I also plug that into my car when I go grocery shopping.

Lately I have now been listening to Japanese pop music. My little sister does these things called Fandubs where her and some other singers will swap out the vocals on songs and sing the lines instead. My sister is a really good singer.
