I have been using Nasonex almost continuouslyfor about eight  years, starting soon after I started using a CPAP for sleep apnea. I know it contains a corticosteroid, so I asked my doctor if it would affect blood sugar and he said no, because it was only inhaled and not that much would get into the body, but even when I watched for it, I saw no change.

I suppose I should qualify that. I take it to make sure my nasal passages are clear while I sleep, so I usually take it shortly before going to bed, which means that even if it did have a small effect, I might not notice it.

Re: nasonex and BG levels

Let me just add, in case anybody else is wondering if they need help for sleep apnea, that for many people, getting a good night's sleep using a CPAP, with or without a nasal spray :smileyhappy:, can LOWER blood glucose throughout the day.
