missing meals

Hello,

When I was first diagnosed I met with a nutritionist...she changed the way I look at food and the way I eat. I eat six to seven times per day. I exercise 6 days per week. My last A1c was 5.0 and I'm in the best shape of my life! Before I received help from the nutrionist , I was totally lost at how to eat.

Good job, m, from another M, who also eats 6-7X/day--sometimes more though currently I have your A1c and  .1 less... You are doing excellently...

Perhaps you can share a bit more of what your nutritionist told you, and the changes you have made since they have worked so well

While we are all different, those ideas might help someone else an perhaps help restore the reputation of nutritionists here as well
