I do not tolerate any of these.  So what do they have for me?  Diet and exercise...what century is this?  Where do drug companies have a say in our therapy by said drugs?

If you can't tolerate any of those, the choices are a combination of all or any: diet, exercise and insulin.

I went to the slide shows and couldn't find any on diabetics, insulin, exercise.  Did I miss it.
