Have any of you heard of "Overcome Your Diabetes Today?"

While I was on Facebook this ad popped up and said to click on it if you want to make your diabetes go away.  I watched words and a voice for almost 45 minutes.  It finally ended and said that for $47.00 I will be sent an ebook which can help me reverse type 2 diabetes.  It didn't say how or what with just to send the $47.  Have any of you heard of this or even tried it?  Thanks!

Re: Have any of you heard of "Overcome Your Diabetes Today?"

Nope, never heard of it.  If diabetes could be reversed, don't you think your doctor or mine or anyone else's would have told us about it?  And wouldn't the ADA tell us about it?

Just my thoughts.

Nope, not on Facebook, but I have ad block.

Anyway, for two payments of  19.95 I can send you the same information.  Proven and I'm willing to give you a direct link.

Want to know where to send the checks?

Hi Chris; I have seen many others that are similar with similar claims.  Just a way to get your money I would think.  You can manage your diabetes but there is no none cure or reversal. There are many who have gained good control of their blood glucose, even to a non-diabetic level, but they still have diabetes.  I guess you could call it a reversal if you gain control, but as soon as you tried to start eating as a non-diabetic usually does, you would see the bg going back-up.  Are you having trouble getting your blood glucose under control?

Great answer! But are you selling the secret of how to type like that :smileyvery-happy:

Dianne

Diagnosed as type 2 in 2005 with an A1c of 9.1

Started with metformin and a low dose of an ARB for blood pressure. Added a sulfonylurea (a med that helps my pancreas produce my own insulin) Also a low dose of Crestor to lower my cholesterol.
After 7 years I could no longer tolerate metformin so am doing my best to keep control with a max dose of the sulfonylurea and lots of walking, some swimming.
